UPDATE: Lunch Time

I have found that China and India are the top two producers of Cauliflower in the world. Go figure. The US is number three, but is still blown out of the water with respect to production by the other two. Click Here to see the stats.

Very interesting, the piece of info about cauliflower. This will probably sound like a stupid question, but are the climates where it is grown similar, or is this strictly a cultural thing?
